Valentine’s Day Food & Beverage Specials
Cipresso, Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s contemporary Italian fare, will set the stage for a romantic dinner with specials available Valentine’s Day. The restaurant will feature a Seafood Tower ($120) with King Crab, oysters, shrimp, crab, lobster, blood orange mignonette, drawn butter and cocktail sauce; Scallops ($44) with bucatini verde, spring pomodoro and olives; Venison ($52) featuring a spiced coffee rub, confit baby beets and Vin Santo onion jam; and Neapolitan Babà ($13) highlighted by grappa citrus, vanilla panna montata, Amarena cherries and hazelnut crumble.
Kuro, the resort’s new-style Japanese restaurant will feature several Valentine’s Day specials alongside its regular menu. Specials include Kanpachi Sashimi ($24) with coconut gel, strawberry and mint; Blue Fin Crudo ($28) with compressed watermelon, plum wine gel and pickled fresno; Seared Japanese Fluke ($32) with shiso panade, uni shiso beurre monte and black radish salad; and Prime Ribeye Cap ($46) with miso corn puree, corn korokke and shiso jus. The Valentine’s pastry special is a Truffle Sponge Cake ($14) with milk chocolate cremoso, strawberry jellies and white sesame ice cream.

A staple of Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood, Council Oak Steaks & Seafood is a sophisticated choice for Valentine’s Day. Along with its regular menu, the classic-American steakhouse will offer special selections featuring Bay Scallop “Casino” ($24) with Iberico ham and piquillo pepper; Smoked Beet Salad ($16) with Florida citrus, whipped goat cheese, cacao nib dust and baby arugula; Surf and Turf ($110) featuring A5 wagyu, cornmeal tempura lobster tail, shishito peppers, corn purée, lemon tartar sauce and herb emulsion; and Dark Chocolate Tart ($14) finished with raspberry sorbet, fresh berries and Maldon salt.
