The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. Toy Drive Presented by Seminole Gaming Brings Joy to Children this Holiday Season Thursday, Dec. 1 to Saturday, Dec. 3

HOLLYWOOD, Fla. (Nov. 17, 2016) – The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. Toy Drive presented by Seminole Gaming will take place Thursday, Dec. 1 to Saturday, Dec. 3.  New unwrapped toys will be donated to Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital, Russell Reading Foundation, Kids in Distress, HOPE, and E.A.S.E Foundation. Toys can be dropped off from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. at Seminole Classic Casino at 4150 N. State Road 7 in Hollywood, Florida. Donations will be accepted on the corner of 441 and Stirling Road. Upon donating an unwrapped toy, guests may enter to win a Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood prize basket or an iPad. One entry will be provided with every visit.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc. will donate numerous additional gifts to each organization and will spread holiday cheer when Santa Claus drops off gifts to a group of children at Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital on a fire truck Tuesday, Dec. 6. President of the Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., Mitchell Cypress, and members of the Seminole Tribe of Florida Veterans will work as volunteers during the Toy Drive. Among the many Seminoles who fought in the Vietnam War include Mitchell Cypress, James E. Billie and Stephen Bowers.

The Seminole Tribe of Florida, Inc., is the non-gaming business development arm of the Tribe and features products under the Seminole Pride brand, including beef, citrus juice and more.  It also manages one of the largest cattle operations in Florida and operates convenience stores on Seminole Tribe reservations.
