Hollywood, Fla. (April 4, 2016) –  Singer-songwriter and actor Seal is coming to Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood for a one-night only show on Thursday, August 18 at 8 p.m.  Tickets go on sale Friday, April 8, at 10 a.m.  Fans will have access to presale tickets beginning Thursday, April 7 at 10 a.m. through Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

Seal reunited with longtime collaborator producer Trevor Horn to release his seventh album, “7” in 2015.  The album features tracks such as “Every Time I’m With You,” the album’s first single, which begins with a stark piano melody punctuated by Seal’s instantly recognizable croon.  Seal takes a house beat to the heart of the club with “Life On The Dancefloor” and follows with the intense wail of “Padded Cell.”  The record’s centerpiece is the somber, yet striking “The Big Love Has Died.”  The album culminates with “Love,” which again pairs Seal’s voice with just a piano.

Originally born in London, Seal’s voice was first heard on Adamski’s 1991 club smash, “Killer.”  Another top 10 hit, “Crazy,” arrived shortly thereafter as Seal went on to achieve global acclaim with his debut, even winning the prestigious BRIT Award for “Best British Male” in 1992.  Songs such as the legendary “Kiss From a Rose” would turn him into a superstar as he received three Grammy Awards in the categories of “Song of the Year,” “Record of the Year,” and “Best Male Pop Vocal Performance.”  His worldwide album sales exceed 30 million to date.

Seal has also pursued an acting career and most recently appeared as Pontius Pilate in the Fox network live musical version of “The Passion.”  He starred in Australia’s version of “The Voice” for two years and each year served as the voice coach for the show’s winning singer.  Seal has also participated in numerous charitable projects to raise awareness and financial resources for needs as diverse as hurricane relief and public health issues.

Tickets for the Hard Rock Live show cost $85, $70 and $55.* All seats are reserved and available at all Ticketmaster outlets online at www.myhrl.com, www.ticketmaster.com or charge by phone: 1-800-745-3000. Doors open one hour prior to show start time. *Additional fees may apply.
