FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Hollywood, Fla. (March 1, 2016) – Stand-up star Bill Burr brings his tour “Bill Burr: Plowin’ Ahead” to Hard Rock Live at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Friday, May 6, at 8 p.m. Tickets go on sale Friday, March 4, at 10 a.m. Fans will have access to presale tickets beginning Thursday, March 3, at 10 a.m. through Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Facebook and Twitter pages.

Burr first gained notoriety for his recurring role on the second season of “Chappelle’s Show” and developed a comedic style centered on uninformed logic that has led him to sell out Madison Square Garden and made him a regular guest of Conan O’Brien and Jimmy Fallon.

In 2014, Burr premiered his fourth TV special “I’m Sorry You Feel That Way” on Netflix and released the vinyl album “Live at Andrew’s House.” Burr’s other hour-long specials include “You People are All the Same,” available for download on his website and Netflix; “Bill Burr: Let it Go,” available on DVD, digital download and Netflix; and “Why Did I Do This?” available on CD, DVD and Netflix.

Burr has starred in the animated Netflix series “F Is For Family” and in a variety of feature films such as “Daddy’s Home” with Mark Wahlberg and Will Ferrell, “Black or White” opposite Kevin Costner, “Walk of Shame” alongside Elizabeth Banks, “The Heat” with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy, “Stand up Guys” alongside Al Pacino and Christopher Walken and “Date Night’ with Steve Carell and Tina Fey.

Burr has also been featured on the small screen with regular appearances on the “Kroll Show” and “New Girl” and received rave reviews for his role as Kurby on the hit AMC television series “Breaking Bad” from 2011-2013. Burr also contributed to the 2011 and 2012 ESPY awards.

Simon & Schuster released the book “Cheat,” written by Burr and fellow comedians Joe DeRosa and Robert Kelly in October 2012. The book was inspired by the short film, “Cheat,” which Burr, DeRosa and Kelly produced, co-wrote and starred in. Based on a true story, “Cheat” had its World Premiere at the 2011 Tribeca Film Festival and screened at the 2011 Just For Laughs Festival in Montreal.

One of the most popular comedy podcasts on the web, Burr’s “Monday Morning Podcast,” is an off-the-cuff, twice-weekly rant that has become a fan favorite. He began the podcast in May of 2007 and has produced more than 400 episodes.

Burr and Al Madrigal founded the All Things Comedy network (ATC), a distribution network founded, owned and operated entirely by comedians. Home to 48 podcasts from 72 comedians, ATC began as a podcast network but has grown to include all forms of content including videos, comedy specials and records. Burr is a proud recipient of the Boston Comedy Festival’s Comedian of the Year and the Just For Laughs Festival’s Stand-up Comedian of the Year Awards.

Tickets cost $85, $70, $50 and $40.* All seats are reserved and available at all Ticketmaster outlets online at www.myhrl.com, www.ticketmaster.com or charge by phone: 1-800-745-3000. Doors open one hour prior to show start time. *Additional fees may apply.
