New Executive Prix-Fixe Lunch Menu Features Contemporary Gourmet Selections and Signature Favorites For $19 or $23 Fridays from noon – 3 p.m.

(October 9, 2014) – Council Oak Steaks & Seafood at the AAA Four Diamond awarded Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino has added an executive prix fixe menu option to its lunch offerings on Fridays from noon to 3 p.m. Beginning October 10, guests can choose between a two-course menu for $19 and an indulgent three-course menu for $23, in addition to restaurant’s complete lunch menu.
First course appetizer offerings include a creamy Maine lobster and brandy-infused Lobster Bisque; the Roasted Beet Salad with feta cheese, grilled watermelon and strawberry-ginger vinaigrette; or Scallop Ceviche laced with ají amarillo red onion, tomato, lime, cilantro and taro chips.
Featured main course selections include light and hearty fares such as the Steak House Salad prepared with beef tenderloin, arugula, frisee, teardrop tomatoes and crispy onion with an avocado ranch dressing; Classic Chicken Caesar made with freshly prepared Caesar dressing over a bed of romaine topped with a blend of Romano and parmesan cheeses and rye croutons; guest favorite Beef Slider Trio featuring Council Oak’s freshly ground dry-aged brisket topped with lettuce, tomato, house-made pickles and bone marrow mayo; chimichurriSkirt Steak with Swiss chard and a side of hand-cut steak fries; and line-caught Grilled Salmon served with arugula, frisee, grilled asparagus and miso aioli.
Guests are invited to cap off their meal with a seasonal selection of desserts, all made fresh daily by Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s in-house Pastry Chef Devon Batson. Dessert selections include a Homemade Ice Cream Trio with two scoops of ice cream and one scoop of sorbet; fall favorite Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake is topped with warm toffee sauce and maple whipped cream with a side of cranberry compote and cinnamon spiced pecans; and a classic Carrot Cake served with cinnamon-spiced mascarpone mousse and a macadamia nut brittle.
The restaurant’s new Friday lunch offering, which began on September 5, provides both the guests of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino and the greater business community a sophisticated lunch option. Led by Seminole Hard Rock’s Executive Chef Louis Marandola, the esteemed culinary team developed the lunch menu with the resort’s diverse clientele in mind.
