Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood will celebrate the holidays with dining specials at its award-winning restaurants. Guests will be able to enjoy classic and contemporary Christmas Eve and Christmas dinners and celebratory New Year’s Eve indulgences throughout the resort.

Christmas and Christmas Eve

In addition to the Council Oak Steaks & Seafood signature dinner menu, guests will be able to feast on a classic Christmas prime rib roast accompanied by Yorkshire pudding, horseradish cream and au jus. Guests looking to enjoy a traditional seafood meal can enjoy the cioppino, featuring Maine lobster, king crab, sea bass, shrimp, scallops, mussels and clams with rouille toast. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood Christmas specials will be available Friday, Dec. 24, and Saturday, Dec. 25, from 5 to 11:30 p.m.

New Year’s Eve

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer a four-course, prix-fixe menu for $225 on New Year’s Eve. The decadent feast will start with an amuse-bouche of foie gras torchon or chanterelle mushroom. The appetizer course will feature a choice of seafood platter, including oysters with caviar, smoked shrimp cocktail and grilled Maine lobster; wagyu tartare; Japanese madai crudo; lobster salad; or grilled avocado salad. The first course will include a roasted parsnip soup with crab, truffles and sunchoke chips. Guests will then have their choice of entrée, which includes a herbed heritage chicken; loup de mer; surf and turf, including dry aged NY strip and carabinero shrimp; trio of Wagyu; or wild mushroom risotto. Council Oak Steaks & Seafood will offer a la carte menus from 5 to 6:45 p.m. and the prix-fixe menu from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. on Friday, Dec. 31.

Kuro

Christmas Eve and Christmas

Kuro will offer a contemporary take on Christmas dinner with their award-winning menu and holiday specials, including a hamachi tartare with mustard ponzu and pickled seasonal vegetables; Maine lobster and kabocha tempura with fennel amazu-ponzu and crispy shiso; and a shoyu-braised beef short rib bao bun with furikake, Fresno aioli and pickled cucumber. Kuro will be open on Friday, Dec. 24, from 5 to 11:30 p.m. and Saturday, Dec. 25, from 6 to 11:30 p.m.

New Year’s Eve

Ring in 2022 with Kuro’s New Year’s Eve specials, including short rib udon with gochujang jus, pickled shallots and Fresno and crispy shiitake; and whole fish tempura topped with ginger dashi, kuromame and micro salad. Kuro will be open on Friday, Dec. 31, from 6 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Cipresso

Christmas Eve and Christmas

Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s Italian-American restaurant Cipresso will offer a pair of Christmas specials, including shrimp ravioli with house-made ricotta, saffron brodo and grapefruit gastrique; and a braised veal osso buco with polenta sugo and mint gremolata. Cipresso will be open on Friday, Dec. 24, and Saturday, Dec. 25, from 5 to 11:30 p.m.

New Year’s Eve

Cipresso’s “Buon Anno” specials will include grilled octopus with bone marrow croquettes and ‘nduja aioli; wagyu agnolotti with lemon mascarpone, baby heirloom tomato and wagyu truffle jus; and rack of lamb with pistachio crumbles, roasted root vegetables and fig jus. For dessert, Cipresso will offer a torta di mele special highlighted by pignoli cremeux and Sambuca ice cream. Cipresso will offer New Year’s Eve specials on Friday, Dec. 31 from 5 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.

Abiaka

Celebrate the holidays at Seminole Hard Rock Hollywood’s recently reopened restaurant Abiaka. Inspired by South Florida’s unique, bold flavors and with a touch of Latin influence, the wood fire grill restaurant uses live fire and solid fuel grilling with both orangewood and white oak charcoal to bring the natural flavors of the ingredients to the forefront. Abiaka’s expansive menu features an assortment of large and small plates, including hamachi ceviche with pickled onions, corn and sweet potato; jamon iberico with toasted bread, olives, roasted garlic and red wine jam; cedar roasted salmon with jamon chips, smoked carrots and mescal butter; tenderloin with whipped potatoes and aji panca jus; cioppino featuring halibut, Maine lobster, crab, shrimp, clams, mussels, fingerling potatoes and toast; and a bone-in beef rib with pickled chilies, kabocha, guava jam and braise-jus.

Abiaka will be open Friday, Dec. 24 and Saturday, Dec. 25 from 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.

New Year’s Eve

Abiaka will be open on Friday Dec. 31 from 5 p.m. to midnight.
